I usually cut one in half and take it a bit before I go to bed or go out in public, do not drive under the influence!! It helps me relax for once in my life and I am less anxious when at the grocery store. I have chronic pain and it sometimes can help with that as well. It obviously doesn't take it away, but it gets my mind off of it.
